What material is the wallpaper made of?
The wallpaper is made from a stable and durable fabric-based material. It is classified as fireproof, and is UV-resistant and wipeable. Production uses eco-friendly HP inks and the material is PVC and vinyl free.

Do you do samples? If so how big are they?
Yes we offer samples on all wallpapers. Samples are typically ?cm wide x ?cm high. Standard samples are charged at ?.Delivery for samples is free. Please note that samples cannot be returned and on very rare occasions an increased cost may be incurred for more expensive wallpapers. We do not offer border samples.

Why do I need a sample?
We always try our best to make our images as true to form as possible, the contrast on screens varies as does the lighting in everyone’s home. Therefore by ordering a sample you can check the wallpaper’s color and thickness as well as getting a better idea of details such as glitter, metallic highlights and texture and how a particular paper will look in your home.Samples can also help you choose between different colours and finishes and to consider other coloursways and designs and how they will look in your home.

How do I hang the wallpaper?
The wallpaper is easy to hang and we include detailed instructions and wallpaper paste. The wallpaper is delivered in numbered panels, which are hung with no overlaps. The paste is applied straight onto the wall and the numbered panels are hung edge to edge.Top tip!! Add on a bit extra (3-5 cm to the height/width) as walls and ceilings are rarely completely straight.

Is wallpaper paste included?
We always include wallpaper paste so you can hang the wallpaper directly.

////?? How do I make wallpaper  from my own photo?
Simply upload your photo using the ordering function in our online shop. Click "Upload image" in the “Order” tab and choose "Photo wallpaper". Once your image has been uploaded, you can set the width and height of your wallpaper. You crop the image to the measurements you want to fit your wall.

How do I know whether my image is a high enough resolution?
When you are uploading an image and cropping it to the size you want, there’s a quality meter as part of the ordering function that shows the quality you need for images printed as wallpaper. If the image quality isn’t high enough, you won’t be able to order. One simple rule is to always upload your image at the highest possible resolution. If you are using one of our ready-made designs there’s a recommended largest size for the wallpaper.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Amazon Pay?? and PayPal.

How do you ensure my payment is secure?
Security is our upmost concern at Wallmur. We use SSL technology across the whole of our site to keep your personal data secure. Payment is handled by ? ? or PayPal, depending on which payment method you choose and we do not store your card details. We support the 3D Secure Scheme, which is a collective of Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode. We will also never pass on your information to other organisations.

I need to cancel my order, what do I do?
We are sorry that you wish to cancel your order. Please contact our customer services team at your earliest convenience to ensure we can cancel your order before it is picked and shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery

How long will it take for my wallpaper to arrive?
When you have placed your order, we usually manufacture it the 2-3 days. It is sent immediately by our partner UPS and the delivery time is 2-6 days. Depending on your country, local customs and duties may apply.

Can you send the wall mural to my home or office?
Of course, we will send the wall mural to the address specified by you upon completing the order.

Can i track my order?
Once we have delivered your order to UPS you will receive an email with tracking information.

Complaints

How do you deal with complaints?
If your product is faulty or broken, we will replace it free of charge. Send an e-mail to info@wallmur.com with the following information:

1. Your order number
2. Tell us why you want to return the product
3. Wait for an answer accepting your return with instructions for how to return your product.

Will you give me my money back?
If you aren’t satisfied with your product, contact us and we will do all we can to sort the problem out.
